In SMS Remote Console Site Database could not be contacted

In SMS Remote Console you get the error message, “Site Database could not be contacted”

Check these settings: They should be

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Ole
EnableDCOM = “N”
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa
restrictanonymous = “dword:00000001″
